Product Information and Order Acceptance

We aim to present our products as accurately as possible. However, due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and the nature of ceramic and handcrafted-style items, colours, textures, finishes, and minor details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

Some products may also vary slightly in packaging or presentation depending on supplier availability. Minor variations of this kind are not considered faults.

All orders placed through our store are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or errors in product information. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, availability, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
