Refund policy

We hope you love your order. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

1) Change-of-mind / not satisfied returns

We accept returns for change of mind (including “not satisfied”), subject to the conditions below.

Return window:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Return conditions (must be met):

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in brand-new, resellable condition.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all protective materials and components.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, wear, damage, odor, or are missing packaging/components.

Return shipping:

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and safe packaging.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refund amount (change of mind):

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the item price only.

  • Any original shipping fees paid (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Duties/taxes paid to customs are non-refundable (please contact your local customs authority if applicable).

2) Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer laws.

If your item arrives faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@toroselection.com  with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item(s) and damage/fault

  • photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and shipping label

If confirmed, we will offer (at our discretion):

  • a replacement, or

  • a refund or a partial refund, depending on the situation (for example, if only part of an order is affected, if the customer keeps the item, or if minor damage does not prevent use).

Claims reported outside the 48-hour window may be declined, as we may be unable to verify transit damage.

3) How to start a return

To request a return, email info@toroselection.com with:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you’d like to return

  • a brief reason for the return

If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please do not send items back without approval—unapproved returns may not be accepted.

4) Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (timing may vary by bank/payment provider).

5) Exchanges

To keep things simple and fast, we don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, colour, or style, please request a return (if eligible) for the item you ordered. Once your return is approved (and/or received and inspected), we’ll issue a refund. You can then place a new order for the item you want.

Please note:

  • New orders are subject to current pricing, stock availability, and processing times.

  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6) Items not eligible for return

We do not accept returns for:

  • items that have been used, washed, or are not in resellable condition

  • gift cards (if applicable)

  • final sale items clearly marked as “final sale”

7) International orders & legal rights

For international orders, return shipping, duties, and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Where local laws provide a mandatory right to cancel or return (for example, for certain regions), those rights will apply.
